In today’s episode, I walk you through a powerful and practical tool I teach my clients: the REWIRE framework—a step-by-step process to help you shift those deep-rooted beliefs and create lasting change from the inside out.

RRecognize the pattern (What’s showing up again and again?)
EEvaluate the belief (How is this belief costing you? What would change without it?)
WWrite a new belief (One that empowers and supports you)
IIdentify evidence (Find real-life proof that supports your new belief)
RReinforce the belief (Practice it with intention and consistency)
EEngage in new actions (Take small steps that align with your new belief)

Real-life example included:
We walk through the limiting belief: “Asking for help is a sign of weakness.”
I share personal and client stories of how this belief shows up, and how we begin shifting it to something more supportive—like “Asking for help is a sign of strength and self-awareness.”
